Delete your Lemuna account

You can delete your Lemuna account and the personal data held with it at any time. There are two ways to do it.

How to request deletion

Open Settings, then Account, then Delete account. This takes effect immediately.

Write to privacy@lemuna.app from the email address on the account and ask for the account to be deleted. Requests are actioned within thirty days.

Your account and the personal data held with it:

Security and audit records. A limited record of actions taken in the service, retained for up to twelve months, and deleted within thirty days of an account being closed.
Abuse-prevention signals. One-way cryptographic hashes carrying no personal identifier, deleted after fourteen days.
Transaction and billing records. Retained where tax and accounting law requires it.
Backups. Expire on their normal rotation.

Subscription and error-reporting providers keep their own records under their own retention periods. The Privacy Policy covers those.

You do not have to close your account to delete a category of data. Turning a feature off in the app deletes what it stored.

My Wellness, then Cycle Tracking off. Deletes stored period dates, cycle length and related notes.
TTC Mode off. Deletes fertility-window information.
Pregnancy Mode off. Deletes the due date and pregnancy tracking data.
Removing a person from Your Circle. Deletes their profile, and the memories and conversations attached to them.

These deletions take effect immediately. The retention periods above apply unchanged to anything that is kept.
